About Your Visit/What to Expect
Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit to fill out your information sheet. You are welcome to relax with a beverage before and after your visit.
All service and injectable sales are final and not eligible for refunds, credits or exchanges. All product returns are subject to a restocking fee. All prepaid amounts to receive discount pricing expire 6 months from date of purchase, after that point regular pricing difference will be applied to the desired service.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards. Personal checks are subject to a $30 return fee. Spa packages must be guaranteed with a credit card.
As a courtesy to other clients and our care providers, please give 24-hour notice if you must cancel or change your appointment. Deposits will not be refunded without notification of cancellation.
- Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.
- Please keep in mind that “NO-SHOWS” or last minute cancellations leave our technicians with appointment times that could have been otherwise filled by other clients.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment.
- A $25 cancellation fee will be added to the balance of the next visit if an appointment is cancelled without 24 hour notice or if the patient does not show up for the scheduled appointment. If we do not answer when you call, please leave your information on our answering service.
All products purchased can only be exchanged for credit to be redeemed on other products.
Children and Cell Phones
Please leave younger children and cell phones at home. If you are on call or expecting an important call, please put your cell on vibrate and whisper when talking.
